I think I experience some of that too. I exercise yoga and sometimes after I've raised my hands up I feel more dizzy than the usual. I didn't give up yoga though and it seems it's not getting worse, sometimes I don't notice it as much. It could depend on the timing of my jab, just before jab I may feel it more. Yoga also helps with balance so I think it could be beneficial to those who are up to it (well if you fall down a lot, it may not be wise to continue...)

My last b12 was 466 so technically not deficient but with both parents PAers it is only a matter of time!!!! I also have these balance/darkness issues so back to the 'symptoms or levels' question.
Do you have PA all of your life but only get tests etc when the levels get dramatically low :roll:
